When hiring Available Light, there are 2 easy paperwork requirements:

1Certificate of Insurance

Available Light’s insurance provider requires each production company to issue a certificate of insurance naming Available Light as an additionally insured entity. This coverage is only in effect during times of production.

The certificate should provide coverage for:

Available Light
5251 Dixon Rd.
Oceanside, CA 92056

Meeting the minimum coverage levels of:

Liability: $1 Million
Property: $350K

2Signed Rental Agreement

Available Light is also required to collect a signed Rental Agreement.

This agreement is a standardized form detailing each party’s responsibilities.
